UNIO M32

UNIO M32 Extraction System is an automated laboratory instrument for nucleic acid extraction (DNA and RNA) from biological samples based on silica-coated magnetic beads for use in downstream PCR applications, for diagnostic purposes. The system uses ready-to-use and prefilled kits for nucleic acid extraction, which contain all the necessary reagents for the extraction process. These prefilled kits allow working on different sample types like blood, serum, plasma, swab, sputum, BAL, cell culture and cerebrospinal fluid and can extract from various pathogens like viruses and bacteria.  

UNIO M32 consists of an LCD touchscreen for ease of use.  This instrument can process 1 to 32 samples after a short preparation time. In addition to the working system that completely prevents cross-contamination, safe working conditions are also created with UV lamps that can be activated before and after work for decontamination.
